Receding Gums And Dehydration
Yesterday was the heat almost unbearable ... As in the middle of the hot summers.
The work finished a very long stage. So long that when the bloated tomiska records were finally closed and goodbye - all felt like the school year ... And today, again it was day and every day. A simple way to work, regular duties, new themes, cool breeze, no heat and unwanted bubble in the melt. House blast somewhere in the night sailed. It does not matter, because this is only true of me. :)
Spring salad green heavily
2-3 servings
2-3 handfuls of arugula bunch of green asparagus
small bunch of fresh broccoli
ukrojonych flakes of parmesan or pecorino
handful of pine nuts
about 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar dense

Well, definitely, I shared the opinion of my husband. Filling beetroot, spinach, garlic and fresh rosemary was delicious. On the NEAT!
Even green asparagus, which is my annual spring hit, administered in all possible combinations - simply been overshadowed. Tart unrivaled put everything else on the shoulder last ate.
I have an idea to re-use of the filling. Is going to botwinkowo - spinach ravioli. I feel that it will be another hit our home. :) Meanwhile, I encourage

tart with beetroot and spinach
a round of approximately 25-26cm
crust dough:
150g plain flour ½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar
75g cold butter - cut into small cubes 2 tablespoons
very cold water

Preheat oven to 180 º C. Prepare a form refractory to the tarts with a diameter of 25-26cm. Grease with butter or spray with olive oil and sprinkle with flour. Shake off excess flour. Roll out crust dough

Fortunately, (although I do not know, or rather, not evil) scarecrow were quite a charge for excess baggage. : D
Stuffing prepared quite simple, based on: couscous, herbs, a little tuna and sun-dried tomatoes (
And more ..., well, ... delicious ... :)
courgettes stuffed with couscous
round courgettes 3 ¼ cups couscous
(dry, before pouring boiling water) ½ fresh
peppers (in my case red)
tuna in gravy (op. 80g)
big handful of parsley
handful of fresh basil leaves a few capers
3-4 pieces dried tomatoes with olive pickle
salt, pepper, lemon juice
(number to taste) 1-2 tablespoons olive
extra virgin (in my aromatic oil, which flooded the sun-dried tomatoes)
prepare the couscous sypko instructions on the package. Tuna
drain. Peppers and sun-dried tomatoes cut into small cubes. Chop the parsley. Basil leaves tear (or cut). All the ingredients put into the bowl and mix thoroughly. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice. At the end stir in olive oil.
