Ironing Board Ratchet Mechanism

For a quick meal, as usual in the preparation of instant pasta. This version is fairly caloric, so do not overdo the recommended frequency. But it tastes ... mniammmm ... :) We ate yesterday.



Rigatoni with gorgonzola sauce, asparagus and thyme
to 3 servings
bunch of green asparagus

rigatoni pasta (for me after 2 large handfuls of / 1 pers.)
100 g smoked bacon
approximately 400g sour cream 18% (or 22%)
about 100g Gorgonzola or other blue cheese
few sprigs of fresh thyme
pepper to taste salt

Asparagus wash, dry, cut off the head (put separately), stalks cut into pieces about 2cm long.

the hot, deep frying pan throw bacon and fry for a few minutes, until lightly zezłoci. If wytopiło too much fat - pee. Pour in the cream, add the thyme leaves and wkruszyć cheese. Cook on low flame, stirring from time to time. The cheese should be completely dissolved and the cream thicken a little. At the end of season to taste with pepper (I give a lot), and possibly salt (only with caution, because the cheese is salty in itself!)
At the same time as we prepare the sauce, boil the pasta (al dente) in a large quantity of salted water. Ok. 5 minutes before end of cooking (and therefore when the pasta is still slightly Twardawa), into the pot throw in chopped asparagus and cook together. And for about 1-2 minutes. add the strained asparagus heads. Ready
drain pasta with asparagus and toss it into hot sauce - cream cheese. Mix. Serve immediately.
